This past weekend we went up Big Cottonwood Canyon and it was gorgeous. We got out of the car and had to play with some pictures before we could actually use the quilts for the reason we brought them. This quilt I made some time ago, long enough ago that it is hand-quilted, but it is still one of my favorites. It has a very plush batting and has been used enough that it is soft so it is the perfect quilt to wrap up and snuggle down. Everyone teased me for bringing so many quilts but at 2 AM when it was freezing cold and raining, it sure was nice to be warm and dry.
